Shedrup

Shedrup has been a monk since 1984 and spent nearly seven years in retreat under the direction of Lama Gendun Rinpoche. He received and has practiced the transmission of the Karma Kagyu lineage.

Sharing his time between Dhagpo Kagyu Ling, the main Kagyu study and meditation center in Europe and Kundreul Ling, the monastic retreat center, he has a deep understanding of the day-to-day functioning of these two uniquely different places. He also co-coordinates the urban and regional KTTs (Karma Thegsum Tcholing) and Dharma centers connected to the Dhagpo Kagyu Mandala.

Shedrup shares his depth of understanding of the Buddha's teachings during meditation and teaching sessions. He helps with the teachings and activities of Semdrel, the support association for the dying and bereaved.
