Santa Barbara Bodhi Path is now open for Tuesday and Thursday evening programming. Please note that Zoom livestreams will still be offered, and the teacher or facilitator of an evening may not be physically present. If you have symptoms of illness such as fever, cough, or shortness of breath we ask that you participate online only.

A calm mind is crucial for analytical and reflective exploration and investigation of the nature of mind and reality. This two week course will give instructions on Calm Abiding meditation with ample opportunity to deepen one’s practice.
