Join us for this interactive meditation class geared for teens, pre-teens and parents. 

In this session, we will explore strategies for settling the mind, for examining emotions as they arise, and for using mindfulness to gain space and clarity in everyday interactions.

Facilitated by Matthew Brown, a parent and founding coordinator of Bodhi Path Chicago. In addition to being a 27-year practitioner of Buddhist meditation, Matt holds a PhD in Education & Learning Sciences from Northwestern University and is a former high school & middle school teacher.
